Harbor Shores Community Redevelopment, Inc. ("Harbor Shores") is committed to protecting consumer privacy. This policy describes Harbor Shores' practices regarding the personal information collected through Harbor Shores' web site and its pages ("Site"):

4. Harbor Shores intends to use commercially reasonable means to protect the integrity of its Site and the confidentiality of the personal information provided by its Users. While Harbor Shores considers online security a priority, it cannot provide absolute assurances against, and will not be liable for, any breaches of confidentiality due to system failures or unauthorized access by third parties.

This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by Harbor Shores.
7. Harbor Shores reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. When modified, Harbor Shores will post the revised version of the Privacy Policy on the Site.
