As winter usually keeps us indoors for several months, Powell Construction has been hard at work over the winter building the first two homes in Hideaway.  Shaded by the canopy of hardwoods and tucked along the river’s edge, Hideaway will feature views of both wooded fairways and picturesque marshlands. When completed, Hideaway will boast an enviable collection of Cottage Homes and a private recreation center, highlighted by The River Clubhouse, swimming pool, and riverside dock for kayaks and canoes.  Powell Construction is right-on schedule to grand open the models in early summer.  The two-story Serenity floorplan will offer 1,736 square feet of living space and offers four bedrooms, three baths and a two car garage.  The second home being built is the two-story River Haven which will offer 1,896 square feet  of living space along with four  bedrooms, three baths, and a two car garage.  Cottage prices at Hideaway range from the mid $300,000’s to the $600,000’s for homesite and cottage.   Stay tuned for the announcement of our model grand opening at Hideaway as the summer season begins to arrive.
