Excitement is building as Reservation Holders select their home sites

Capping off what is undoubtedly one of the most successful real estate reservation programs in Michigan this year, the VIP Site Selection is taking place right now on a first-come, first-serve basis and ends on June 15, 2009. Opportunities to become a Reservation Holder and select your homesite are still available, but special incentives are for a limited-time only.

On May 16th, our Reservation Holders had the opportunity to walk the land to gain a real sense of the surrounding views and a preliminary understanding of where their home might be sited on the land.

While Harbor Shores Reservation Program attracted Reservation Holders from as far away as Italy, the majority of the Reservation Holders are from Michigan, Illinois and Indiana. Many of the families have ties to the Twin Cities. Some have family and friends who live here. Others once lived here or vacationed here and they are now eager to once again return home – whether it’s for their year-round home or their vacation home.

Presenting a choice of two neighborhoods with a total release of only 50 home sites during this Inaugural Offering, Reservation Holders will choose from one of two premier neighborhoods in Harbor Shores.

Fairways is the first neighborhood in Harbor Shores’ impressive Golf District. Bordered on the east by a gentle bend in the Paw Paw River and surrounded by three fairways of the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, Fairways is a small neighborhood that is very big on charm. When completed, Fairways will offer superb landscaping, a private gathering park with a viewing pond, sidewalks and an exquisite collection of 30 custom-built homes.  Home site prices at Fairways range from $175,000 to $269,000

Hideaway is the premier neighborhood in Harbor Shores’ beautiful River District. Tucked in the woods along a scenic bend in the Paw Paw River, Hideaway creates a perfect world of nature, privacy and convenience that is located just an easy stroll from the shores of Lake Michigan. When completed, Hideaway will boast an enviable collection of Cottage Homes and a private recreation center, highlighted by The River Clubhouse, swimming pool, fire pits and a private riverside dock for kayaks and canoes. Cottage prices at Hideaway range from the mid $300,000’s to the $600,000’s for homesite and cottage.
