New Roads underway

Work on Harbor Shores' first 3 roads are underway in our two inaugural neighborhoods.  Soon, you will be able to drive up and tour individual home sites, walk the land and imagine how your backyard will look during those stunning summer sunsets.

Work on Golden Bear Court, in Fairways Harbor Shores’ impressive Golf District, started just last week with anticipated completion in early 2010.  Bordered on the east by a gentle bend in the Paw Paw River and surrounded by three fairways of the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, Fairways is a small neighborhood that’s big on charm. When completed, Fairways will offer superb landscaping, a private gathering park with a viewing pond, sidewalks and an exquisite collection of 29 custom-built homes.

Shaded by the canopy of hardwoods and tucked along the river’s edge, our second inaugural neighborhood, Hideaway, will feature views of both wooded fairways and picturesque marshlands. When completed, Hideaway will boast an enviable collection of Cottage Homes and a private recreation center, highlighted by The River Clubhouse, swimming pool, and private riverside dock for kayaks and canoes. Road work on Morning Walk Court and Evening Stroll Path started several weeks ago, and we anticipate completion before the end of the year.  Cottage prices at Hideaway range from the mid $300,000’s to the $600,000’s for homesite and cottage.
