Springing into action...

Now that the snow has melted and the ground is softening, construction has resumed on the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course at Harbor Shores. We are looking forward to this summer when the Harbor Shores Golf Course will open with a preview of nine holes of the course.

Open to the public in mid-July, patrons can play on the manicured fairways along the Paw Paw River and take cart tours of the future greens. For more information about scheduling an outing this summer, contact Joen Brambilla at (269) 932-1604.

In addition to progress on the golf course, we are moving forward with preparing the land for the release of our Inaugural Neighborhood. Surrounded by three holes of the Harbor Shores Golf course, and featuring magnificent views of the Paw Paw River, these custom homesites will be ready to close this Fall.

It’s not too late to be a First Family of Harbor Shores. Not only are the custom homes in the Inaugural Customer Home Neighborhood moving forward, but we are targeting our cottages to  begin construction this fall as well. Tucked away in the woods along the river, this perfect hideaway neighborhood has both privacy and conveniences.
