MEET THE DEVELOPERS:


Bob McFeeter has been involved in the project management and development of major projects spanning the globe for his entire career.  Bob has been involved in the development of golf courses (most notably Princeville on the island of Kauai, Hawaii) marinas in Singapore, and mixed use projects in a variety of locations.  His most recent project, Walsh Bay, was developed at Sydney Harbor.  Walsh Bay is located a short distance from the Sydney Opera House in downtown Sydney.  It is multi use residential, commercial development with multi family homes, retail, entertainment and performing arts facilities.

 

 

 

Mark Hesemann has been involved with development projects around the world beginning with his work as General Manager of Nicklaus Design, the golf course design practice of Jack Nicklaus.  Mark oversaw an organization with offices in North Palm Beach, Hong Kong, Singapore, London, Monaco, and Kuala Lumpur.  Nicklaus projects during Mark’s involvement included the Grand Cypress Resort, Westin Kauai, Desert Highlands, Lakes Las Vegas, PGA West, London Golf Club, Paris International, Mount Juliet (Ireland), Chung Shan (Hong Kong/New Territories), Mission Hills (Shenzhen/Bangkok), and Manila Southwoods.  In 1997 Mark formed University Golf Development which developed the Sagamore Club in Noblesville, In.  Following Sagamore Mark worked with the Melrose Company in the development of projects in Atlanta and College Station, Texas.

 

History of involvement with Harbor Shores:

Mark became involved with Harbor Shores as the lead consultant for the Melrose Company in 2003 and moved to St. Joseph in October, 2004.  Bob McFeeter joined in January, 2005.  Following the completion of the consultancy by Melrose, Mark and Bob formed Evergreen to take the project into active development on behalf of the owners.

Ron Eng joined Evergreen in May 2005 as Director of Marketing.  Ron has extensive background in brand management and marketing including Lens Crafters, Kraft Foods and American Liquorices (Disney candies).

Jeff Gilbertsen joined Evergreen in December 2008 as Vice President and CFO.  Jeff has an extensive background in real estate finance including a senior international role with General Growth Properties, one of the foremost retail developers in the world.
