Harbor Shores Introduces Trailside Cottage Neighborhood

BENTON HARBOR, Mich., May 29, 2013 – Harbor Shores – a 530-acre residential, golf, recreational and waterfront community – has unveiled its model Trailside Cottage and officially kicked off sales for the new neighborhood. With prices starting at $199,000, the Trailside neighborhood will feature 19 new construction single family cottages just steps from the Jack Nicklaus Golf Course, the beach, walking and biking trails, and other recreational activities.

• Tidewater. At 1,760 square-feet, Tidewater is the largest of Trailside’s cottage options. This two-story home includes three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, a split-level kitchen and dining room area that overlooks the living room space, and abundant storage space both upstairs and in the optional finished basement. It also features an attached one-car garage, a backyard patio, and the largest covered front porch in Trailside.
