PGA General Manager

Joshua Doxtator is the PGA General Manager for Harbor Shores Resort, one of the leading golf resort destinations in the Midwest and host to the KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship. He has worked in the golf and hospitality industry for over 20 years currently overseeing all operations at Harbor Shores Resort and assisting with the Senior PGA Championship.
Doxtator began his career in the golf and hospitality industry as the PGA Head Golf Professional at Trilogy Golf Club at Vistancia in Arizona where he ran the operations for 10-years. In May of 2014 he became the PGA General Manager at Thornberry Creek at Oneida near Green Bay, Wisconsin. He later served as PGA Chief Operating Officer where he oversaw all operations and worked closely with the LPGA hosting the Thornberry Creek LPGA Classic.
Doxtator is a Class A Member of the PGA of America, has served on numerous boards including the Northeast District Director for the PGA of America, Wisconsin Section. He has also received several awards relating to Player Development within the PGA of America.

Golf Course Superintendent

Matthew Vollrath is the Golf Course Superintendent for Harbor Shores Resort, and has been working in the golf maintenance industry for almost 20 years.
Upon completion of Rutgers University’s Turf Program, Vollrath worked to help prepare and host the 2016 U.S. Open at Oakmont Country Club. In addition to the U.S. Open, Matt hosted 5 Western Amateurs at Point O’ Woods and the 2018 and 2022 KitchenAid Senior PGA Championships here at Harbor Shores.
Vollrath is a member of the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America and working towards Class A certification, as well as the Michigan chapter of the GCSAA.

PGA Head Golf Professional

Jackson Davison serves as the Golf Operations Manager at Harbor Shores Resort, and oversees all Golf Operations and Instruction at Harbor Shores. He has been in the industry for 10 years and working to gain Class A membership as a PGA Professional.
Davison, who is decorated as the 2008 Michigan High School Division 1 State Champion, has a long history of competitive golf, playing collegiately at both Grand Rapids Community College and eventually transferring to Davenport University, graduating with a Bachelors in Business Administration with a degree in Sports Marketing. Jackson began his career in Orlando, Florida as an Assistant Golf Professional at Tuscawilla Country Club, while also pursuing the dream of playing and competing as a professional golfer. Davison competed on various mini-tours in Florida and in the Midwest before landing at Harbor Shores, where his focus has shifted towards operational management, instruction, and player development.
Jackson has held key roles assisting in two KitchenAid Senior PGA Championships in 2018 and 2022.

Director of Sales & Membership

Christine is the Director of Sales and Membership at Harbor Shores Resort. She started her career with Harbor Shores in 2017 and has experienced time in multiple positions, both in food and beverage and golf operations.
Christine has been instrumental in the special event and member growth at Harbor Shores; her experience includes assisting in multiple KitchenAid Senior PGA Championships, twice at Harbor Shores as well as Oak Hill and Southern Hills.
Christine is service centered and creates amazing experiences for our members and guests every day.

Executive Chef

Kelly Matlow is the Executive Chef and Food and Beverage Director at Harbor Shores Resort. Chef Kelly has worked in the food and beverage industry for over 15 years and is responsible for all food and beverage operations at Harbor Shores.
Chef Kelly began his career over 15 years ago as a dishwasher at the old Pump House Grille in St. Joseph Michigan when he was putting himself through business management school at Western Michigan University. In February of 2015 Chef Kelly first came on board with Harbor Shores as a Sous Chef and Food & Beverage manager. He remained in this role through the 2018 season when he was promoted to Executive Chef. In his time here Chef Kelly has participated in the 2016 & 2018 Senior PGA Championships; he has been pivotal in growing the Harbor Shores food & beverage operation into what it is today.
Chef Kelly Matlow is a professional level member of the American Culinary Federation and ServSafe Certified.
